Natural Compound In Fruit & Veg Could Help Prevent Weight Gain

Fruit and vegetables including blueberries, apples and onions contain high levels of a naturally occurring compound that could help prevent weight gain, a large study has found.
Researchers studied 124,086 US men and women, who were followed for up to 24 years, and found that eating more fruit and vegetables containing flavonoids was associated with a small but potentially significant reduction in weight gain.
