Let’s see…for years I worked in Top 40 radio, then for even more years in country radio and stops along the way in rock and the oldies radio world as well as a brief time in classic rock radio. Now, I’m at Classic Hits 107.9 playing many of the songs that I once played when life was a lot simpler. Every song is a memory in itself. There’s a reason these songs are called “Classic Hits”. It’s because they truly are the GREATEST HITS OF ALL TIME.

I was raised on a small farm outside of LaGrange, N.C…My favorite animals have always been cows, chickens, pigs, and an occasional turkey (definitely a meat n potatoes guy). I enjoy collecting baseball memorabilia, playing my bass guitar, chilling at the beach, and spending time with my wife who by the way is my best friend. My wife Kristi and I live in Kinston. Our kids have moved on and multiplied. So now we enjoy doing the grandparent thing. Grandkids truly are a blessing. Should’ve had ‘em first!! (Just kidding girls)
